Five adult AI apps document some form of video: Promptchan, OurDream AI, Candy AI, Secrets AI and Kupid AI. They differ most on video modes, which plan unlocks video, and how openly they publish costs and rules. This page compares what each vendor documents; it does not rank them.
We have not run our own clip tests yet. Every fact below comes from vendor pages linked in each section, and gaps are marked as gaps. Our methodology explains how clip tests will work.
Comparison table

What each vendor documents
Promptchan
Promptchan’s video tutorial describes two routes. You can generate video from a text prompt, or generate an image and tap “Animate.” An “Extend” option continues a clip.
Per the upgrade page, video is a Pro feature. Free includes starter Gems; Plus is $14.99 for 100 Gems, Premium $23.99 for 400, and Pro $33.99 for 800, all monthly.
Promptchan does not fix a Gem cost per clip. It describes the cost only as “a handful” of Gems.
Its terms of service and content moderation policy say real people need “explicit and verifiable consent.” They also state that “non-consensual deepfake pornography is strictly prohibited.”
Age is self-declared. The operator listed is VisionAI Labs Limited, based in Ireland. Full profile: Promptchan AI video review.
OurDream AI
OurDream AI’s generate page describes video scenes of up to 60 seconds each, with up to 10 scenes. Quality modes are “Balanced” and “Ultra 1080p,” with five aspect ratios.
It is the only vendor here that publishes per-clip figures. The page lists 100 dreamcoins for a 10-second “Spicy 1.0” clip. A “Prime” mode costs 10 coins per second at 720p, with audio.
Video needs a paid plan, per the vendor’s home page. The plan is $19.99 per month, or $9.99 per month billed yearly at $119.88, with 1,000 dreamcoins a month. A free account exists but does not include video.
The prohibited content policy states, “We do not host real-person likeness.” Lookalikes of real people are banned too.
The safety center and its age verification policy describe an age gate. Third-party checks through Go.cam or AgeVerif apply in the UK, Australia and other places where required.
The operator is Dream Studio USA, Inc. Full profile: OurDream AI video review.
Candy AI
Candy AI makes video from a generated character image only. A help-center article says it “does not support direct video generation from scratch.”
That wording comes from a search snippet of the EverAI help center, so treat it as provisional. Video uses presets, and users cannot upload their own content.
“Live Action” is a Premium feature that costs tokens. The subscriptions page lists $3.99 per month on a 12-month plan and $8.99 per month on a 3-month plan.
The monthly plan is $9.99 for the first month, then $13.99. Premium includes “100 tokens per month,” but Candy does not publish how many tokens a video uses.
Per Candy’s pages, card statements show “EverAI.” Its terms of service allow refunds within 24 hours if no more than 20 tokens were used.
The blocked content policy takes a zero-tolerance line on deepfakes. The underage policy describes an age gate but does not name the method.
The operator is EverAI Limited, based in Malta. Full profile: Candy AI video review.
Secrets AI
Secrets AI animates images you generated on the platform. You set a first frame, can add an optional end frame, and can supply reference images.
The store page lists Lite, Plus, Premium and Ultimate plans. Premium includes 8,000 “Moments” per month and Ultimate 15,000, but prices were not visible on the page.
The billing descriptor is “S LABS INC,” and the operator is Secret Labs Inc. The vendor also publishes a refund policy.
The prohibited content policy bans “deepfakes or simulated intimate imagery of real individuals.” The underage policy describes an age gate, with verification on request.

Kupid AI
Kupid AI’s terms of service mention “images, videos and voice notes.” The vendor does not publish its video modes.
The subscriptions page lists 8 videos per week on Pro at $3.44 per week. Ultra allows 25 videos per week at $5.75 per week.
The billing wording conflicts. The subscriptions page says “One payment, nothing renews,” while the terms describe rebilling. The terms also say sales are final.
The terms do not address uploads of real people. The anti-trafficking policy says Kupid reviews “anything that may involve a minor or a real person.”
Age is self-affirmed. The operator is not named; the payment processor is Servalot Ltd. Full profile: Kupid AI video review.
Pick by need
These picks follow from what each vendor documents. They are not test results.
- Text-to-video without a starting image: Promptchan Pro, per its video tutorial. Candy and Secrets document image-based video only, and Kupid and OurDream do not say.
- Longest documented scenes: OurDream AI, at up to 60 seconds per scene and up to 10 scenes.
- Lowest entry price: Candy AI, at $3.99 per month on a 12-month plan. Its token use per video is unpublished, so the real cost per clip is unknown.
- Published per-clip cost: OurDream AI is the only one of the five that lists coin costs for specific clip types.
- Discreet billing descriptor published: Secrets AI (“S LABS INC”) and Candy AI (“EverAI”).
- Least documentation: Kupid AI. Its video modes, operator name and real-person rules are missing, and its renewal wording conflicts.

What nobody publishes
Two things matter most in daily use, and the vendors mostly leave them out.
- Per-clip credit cost. Promptchan says only “a handful” of Gems. Candy and Secrets publish monthly allowances, not the cost of one clip. Kupid gives a weekly video count instead. OurDream is the partial exception, with figures for named modes.
- Refusal behavior. None of the five documents how often prompts are refused or how a refusal is handled. A written rule does not show how a filter behaves in practice.
Our clip tests will measure both. We plan to log credits spent per clip, refusals on prompts that follow each app’s rules, and responses to prompts that break them.
Until then, the cost-per-clip calculator can help you estimate costs from a plan price and your own usage. Our guide to cloud vs local cost per clip covers the trade-offs.
Why we exclude tools that animate photos of real people
Some apps are built to animate or undress uploaded photos of real people. We do not cover them, because that use harms real people and is now illegal in many places.
US, UK and EU law all now target intimate fakes of identifiable people. Our guide to AI video and real-person likeness law explains each.
Each app on this page publishes at least one rule on real people, though they differ. OurDream says it does not host real-person likeness, and Secrets bans intimate imagery of real individuals.
Candy has zero tolerance for deepfakes and blocks uploads. Promptchan requires explicit, verifiable consent. Kupid only says it reviews content that may involve a real person.
Our consent policy sets the line for this site. The Prompt Lab accepts only text descriptions of fictional adults and refuses real people and minors.
